Marty Clyburn, CPA - Partner/Business Taxation & Tax Representation

After working for a national CPA firm, Marty joined Stroud & Co in 2011 and became a Partner in January 2017. Her primary responsibilities include the preparation and review of corporate and partnership tax returns. Marty also specializes in Offer-In-Compromise and Cost Segregation work.

Marty says the best part of her job is helping businesses thrive amid challenging circumstances 

Marty holds both a BS in Accounting and a BS in Marketing from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. She is a member of Beta Alpha Psi, the AICPA, and the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants.

Marty is married and has two wonderful children. Outside of the office, Marty loves to spend time and travel with her family. Although she enjoys traveling abroad, her favorite vacation spot is Kiawah Island, SC.
